We have chosen the shipping method – the US Postal Service – that we feel is the safest, most reliable and least expensive way to ship. A tracking number is provided with each shipment. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for shipments that were delivered to the correct address that the customer did not receive; i.e. items stolen from the packaging or shipments not delivered properly by the mailroom work place, etc. We can be held responsible only if we entered the address label information incorrectly. We are not responsible if the wrong information is provided to us. We will do everything in our capacity to help you track down any package you did not receive; however refunds or replacement shipments at no charge will not be provided in the case where the tracking number verifies that the shipment was properly delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

If you prefer a different shipper such as UPS, FedEx, etc. please just let us know.  On shipments that qualify for FREE shipping the FREE applies to priority mail or 1st Class Mail ONLY. Expedited or Express shipments will incur the full shipping charge for that shipping method and this can be a substantial charge; if you prefer one of these methods please contact us before placing your order to insure the stock is available and to obtain a shipping quote. Shipments by a different carrier will also most likely cost more. Please contact us for rates before placing an order; otherwise we will use our default shipping method.

We do show a flat rate charge of $8 for shipping; however we will work with you in any way we can to ship in a less expensive way.  Many items can be shipped in a bubble envelope via 1st class mail instead of priority mail and the cost for this method will be far less than $8.  We do not believe in gouging you with the shipping charges and we will always ship in the least expensive way possible to save our customers money.  Items that need to be shipped in a box will incur the $8 charge.  If you have questions about the shipping just contact us:

Online orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders that are received by 2:00 PM are normally processed on that same business day; provided we have the merchandise in stock. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We do NOT offer free shipping on International shipments and these shipments may have a substantial cost involved. Please contact us via e-mail – – and we will provide you with a quote before placing your order online.  The link above will connect you to our “contact us” page.  We do not currently show any international shipping rates – even to Canada – as these prices can vary greatly depending on the package weight, dimensions, insurance requirements, etc. so it is best to contact us at the above link before you decide to move forward with an order.

Please note price quotes are always in U.S. dollars and an international shipping quote is for shipping only. This does NOT include any customs charges, taxes or duties you MAY need to pay upon receipt of your package.
