This Visconti Rembrandt-S Lavender collection pays tribute to Rembrandt’s painting “Landscape with a Stone Bridge” or “The Stone Bridge” (1638), where the viewer finds themselves immersed in a calm rural landscape, witnessing a romantic evening scene of the sun setting behind a stone bridge. Here, the artist’s palette captures the waning golden light as reflected in the water beneath the bridge, offset by the delicate lavender strokes of the unlit water in the foreground. 
This exciting addition to our Rembrandt-S collection combines the sense of elegance and tranquility. It features a beautiful variegated-lavender body that evokes the soothing calm of Rembrandt’s water, like the scent of lavender, while the bronze accents add a touch of the sophistication and warmth of his sunset.
Visconti uses a unique mixture of variegated resin resulting in a swirl of light and dark colors reminiscent of Rembrandt’s famous painting technique. Visconti has mastered this technique by selecting colorful resins with brush-like strokes that make each and every pen unique, a true masterpiece in its own right. The collection is enhanced by the latest color: Lavender, mixed with marbleized brush strokes of bronze, white, and black resin.
The fountain pen features the new, large size steel nib made by Schmidt Germany and will be offered in Fine, Medium and Broad nib sizes.
