The Namiki/Pilot Falcon purple/rhodium fountain pen will help you soar to new writing heights. This fountain pen reflects a remarkable feat of engineering and elegance. The Namiki Falcon’s most extraordinary feature is its extra flexible, “hooded” nib that yields to the user’s angle of writing. The fountain pen ships complete with a CON-50 converter and a Pilot cartridge. This pen features a 14 karat gold rhodium plated soft nib in a variety of widths including extra-fine, fine, medium and broad.
This nib “flexes” with the user’s angle of writing as well as the pressure applied when writing. You can achieve some beautiful line variations by just angling the wrist a bit or applying a small amount of pressure.
The Falcon is made of purple resin, a light material that polishes to a high gloss. The Falcon is trimmed with polished rhodium-plated accents, which really complement the black color nicely.
